University Club provides gift table, cake table, DJ table, buffet tables, china, silverware, glassware and linen at no additional cost. When event is inside all available banquet tables and banquet chairs are provided.

Additional Services

• $100.00 – Placing favors, centerpieces, cameras, nametags, or any other special decorations.
• $100.00 – Wedding coordination such as ceremony, first dance, toasts, Cake cutting, bouquet toss, etc…
• $100.00 – A manager on duty at the ceremony rehearsal the night before.
• $50.00 – Fee for items not picked up on Monday morning.
• $100.00 – To gather items to be saved at the end of the evening. University Club is not responsible for lost or misplaced items.
• $100.00 – Per hour if bridal party needs to be at Club more than one hour prior to ceremony.
• $100.00 – Per hour if client clean-up runs past 11:00pm.
• Please note that all of these fees can be avoided if bride and groom have help from family and friends.

Prices do not include 20% taxable service charge and 9.3% sales tax.
